Conditions for participation in the tournament:

1) you can participate regardless your nationality, gender, age, skills, or your membership in the Polish Gomoku, Renju and Pente Association;

- your full name and nationality,
- your nickname on Forum.gomoku.pl and/or your most recognizable nickname on Playok.com;
- the Playok.com nickname you will use to participate in the tournament;
3) pass the verification procedure - Online Tournament Rules, §3 (Polish Gomoku, Renju and Pente Association's members and players recommended by them are exempt from this procedure).

Tournament parameters:

- Swiss system,
- 11 rounds, swap2 rule ("swap" on Playok.com),
- 10 minutes + 3 seconds (Fischer) for a move per player.

Saturday (27th January)
16:00 - start of the tournament (approximate duration: 4 hours)

By applying you accept the Online Tournament Rules and consent to process your personal data by the organisers (including processing for administrative purposes, as well as the publication of results).

The organisers reserve the right to change the tournament plan, as well as to disqualify or not to accept players who do not comply with the Internet Tournament Rules.

Final remarks:

The Online Tournament Rules are in force, with the following modifications:

1) §5 Course of the game - all pairings are made automatically by the Playok.com system;

2) §7 Determining the final positions in the tournament - the final standings are also automatically determined by the Playok.com system.

From all four tournaments played in a given calendar year, a tournament classification will be created and include the total number of points earned by participants in all tournaments of the series played in a given year. Medals will be provided for podium finishers.

Tie-breaking parameters for the tournament classification:
- the highest place won in a single tournament,
- the number of tournaments in which that place has been won,
- the second highest place won in a single tournament,
- the number of tournaments in which that place has been won,
and so on.
